macgregor 26 a good first boat?

I am buying my first boat and am considering the new Macgregor 26'. Do any experienced boaters have an opinion on this bost. I live in Boston Ma and will be sailing mostly along the coast of Masachusetts.
I reaaly want the pros and cons of this boat. Thanks
