Have Starwind 13.5, need fix for leak or more bricks

Hello, I have a 13.5' starwind (basically a nicer laser). It developed leaks about 10 years ago. We had it filled with foam. Now the foam is full of water and the boat weights 3 times what it should.

The leaks are where the hull meets the decking material, and also where the centerboard slides through the hull. Is there a liquid that can be poured into the boat and then spin the boat around to seal the hull? Any fix at all? It was such a fun boat, but now it is slow and un responsive.

If it can't be fixed please email me if you have extra bricks at your house. We'll sink the thing!
