What do you think its worth?

Hello to all of you advanced and well experienced sailboaters. I have a problem that I have encountered that I hope that you can help me with. I have just aquired a sailboat in which I am not sure whether to haul it to the junkyard or fix it up to sale. Tell me what you think I should do. The boat is a 35ft. Columbia sloop 1970 model. Currently its mast is down, it has no engine, it is tiller driven, and it is in dire need of a paint job. None of the electronics are up to date nor are many even working. The vessel is afloat but it was struck on its side by another boat and has some minor fiber glass damage and most of the stainless steel on the boat is either bent or damaged in some way. Here is the catch... I got the boat for $1200. It has 4 sails including a spinaker with a very nice pole. To get this boat up to standards would probably take around 10 thousand dollars. My question to you is whether or not you think that my time and money on this boat would in fact make a profit and if so take a guess how much. Thank you so much for your answers.
