I'm getting serious about buying a sailboat (20-25ft) in 2-3 yrs. During this time I plan on building a 15-16 footer to learn to sail in. My question is there seems to be quite a few boats 25-30 years old at pretty reaaonable prices. I've also read that since 1970 hulls have been made lighter and blistering is a problem. But a boat that old could have major problems--what are those major problems that I should be aware of? Also, how are blisters repaired? Any other info on older boats would be apprediated. Thanks Dan
