Listing Tips

Here are some quick tips to creating an effective ad.

• Use Pictures. Would you stop and consider buying a boat that you couldn't see a picture of? See our Photo Upload Faq for some answers to the most common questions. If you don't have a photograph, check out the sistership archive (coming soon!).
  
  
• Keep your pictures small. People will be more likely to browse your listing if it downloads quickly. Nobody wants to spend 10 minutes waiting for the screen to draw huge 400kilobyte pictures.
  
  
• Check your listing. After listing with us go back and view your listing. See if you are happy with the layout and make sure everything is as you want it.
  
  
• Edit Your listing if you aren't happy with it. Correct all of your typos, and double check your comments. To really jazz up your commentary, consider visiting the HTML tips tutorial and try entering some HTML into your comments!
